The running test will take place on a treadmill or on your own bike or home trainer. The test will be done in a way, where the burden will increase every fourth minute. This process is repeated until the person cannot run anymore or do not want to continue. Normally, a person runs 6 to 8 times of 4-5 minutes. During this, pulse and lactic acid will be measured through a blood test. The blood test is taken through 1 to 2 drops of blood from the finger. The test will be analyzed for lactic acid.

The result will be the basis of a personal evaluation of the present training condition as well as being the ground for your further training.
